  • 60 ml DOAAB Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky
  • 20 ml Monin passion fruit purée
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Method:

  1. Lightly muddle a sprig of rosemary in a cocktail shaker to release its aroma.
  2. Add DOAAB whisky, passion fruit purée, lime juice, bitters, and ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Terai India Craft Gin
  • 20 ml mango purée
  • 10 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • A pinch of Guntur chilli powder
  • Soda water to top up
  • Ice

Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine Terai Gin, mango purée, lime juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of Guntur chilli powder.
  2. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top up with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a thin mango slice or a lime wheel.

3. Toki Matcha Haiboru

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Toki Suntory Whisky
  • 10 g granulated sugar
  • 10 ml warm water
  • 5 g Matcha Tea
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 100 ml tonic water
  • 1 clear pencil ice
  • 1 lemon peel

Method:

  1. Dissolve the granulated sugar in warm water.
  2. Sift the matcha tea and add it to the sugar solution, whisking until smooth.
  3. In a highball glass, add the clear ice and Toki Suntory Whisky, stirring gently.
  4. Add the tonic water and top up the glass with the matcha sugar solution.
  5. Squeeze lemon peel over the drink, stir, and garnish.

  • 50 ml Jim Beam Bourbon
  • 45 ml raw orange juice
  • 30 ml fresh espresso
  • 30 ml hazelnut syrup or liqueur

Method:

  1. Add bourbon, raw orange juice, espresso, and hazelnut syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled.

  • 50 ml Smirnoff Vodka

  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • 25 ml cucumber syrup

  • 45 ml honey
  • 90 ml orange juice
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Add the gin, turmeric, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and well combined.

  • 15 ml agave syrup
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 7 ml jalapeño brine
  • A handful of fresh coriander

Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine Las Maracas Reposado, avocado juice, mango juice, agave syrup, lime juice, jalapeño brine, and fresh coriander.
  2. Add ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds to ensure all flavours meld together.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Optionally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves or a slice of lime for extra flavour.

  • 20 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 2.5 ml Laphroaig mist
  • 20 ml Shades of Green Mix
  • 40 ml Chenin Blanc wine
  • 30 ml soda
  • Raw mango crisp for garnish

Method:

  • In a shaker, combine Bombay Sapphire gin, Laphroaig mist, Shades of Green mix, and Chenin Blanc.
