In sales, a Bulgari-branded residence found a buyer at nearly Dh17,000 per square foot, redefining “luxury living”.

2. Saadiyat Cultural District Gears Up For A Grand Opening

Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed reviewed the final construction stages of Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, which is now 83% complete. The district will soon house iconic institutions like the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum, with doors scheduled to open by late next year.
