Customer evaluations on TripAdvisor exposed serious problems with overall customer satisfaction, service, and food quality. KFC and McDonald’s were ranked as the two worst-rated fast-food chains in the United States of America (USA) on this ranking.

With an average customer review score of 2.89 out of 5, KFC is the lowest-rated chain. Consumers in Idaho and Arkansas give the chain low ratings (2.57 out of 5). KFC customers have complained about greasy food, subpar service, and a bad management style, as reported by NewsX.

The largest fast-food business in the world, McDonald’s, came in second with an average rating of 2.99, citing unclean restaurants, poor service, and a small menu selection. Additionally, with ratings of 2.68 and 2.9, respectively, states like Alabama and Iowa gave the lowest scores.

Pricelisto’s examination found that numerous customers frequently complained about unfriendly staff, long wait times, filthy facilities, limited menu options, and poor meal quality.

Pricelisto emphasised how important negative evaluations are as a means of enhancing dining experiences. Although they might be annoying for businesses, negative reviews are a great way to learn about customers’ issues and improve the eating experience, as reported by NewsX.
