An American content creator, Tony Klor, has recommended adding Muzaffarpur to the 2026 travel bingo card. One may ask why? But the answer is in his video, the side of Bihar we don’t see on the internet. Want to know more about it? Read on.

The creator shared the video on his social media, which quickly went viral, and he also highlighted the city as a spot worth checking when visiting the northern part of India. Whenever any Indian or foreigner plans a trip to India, Muzzaffarpur is usually not a city that is featured in the itinerary, but Tony doesn’t agree with it. Sharing the video on his account, he highlighted how people usually visit regular spots, while Muzaffarpur is the place they should be visiting. He wrote, “Travel influencers really be copy-pasting the same India itinerary while Muzaffarpur is out here with the real cheddar vibes.”
The foreigner can be seen exploring different places in the city and enjoying every moment of it. He started the video talking about the city, and then he hopped on a bike with a local who took him to try the famous Bihari street food. He further visited the Lord Shiva temple and also witnessed a Bihari wedding, which he found simply ‘beautiful’. He praised the culture and natural beauty of the city and called it “an absolute peak”. He also stated that Muzaffarpur has some of the “sweetest” people you’ll ever find.
Further in the video, he also gave us a peek at his tour in the city, where he went to a stamp shop, witnessing stampers doing their work quite fast. Then he again hopped into another temple, this time the Lord Rama temple, and called it ‘absolutely gorgeous’.
Not only this, but Klor also tried Bihar’s iconic Litti Chokha and the Gobi Manchurian, which, in his words, “absolutely slapped”.
Well, indeed, the creator gave us a sight of the city which we quite miss on social media.

How Did Social Media React To It?
As soon as the video was posted, it quickly gained a lot of attention from Indians and Biharis across the country. While some appreciated his views on the city, others gave him more ideas on what he should try and what’s best in the city.
One user asked, “Did you get to try the Shahi Litchi of Muzaffarpur? If not, you missed something! Don’t miss it next time.”
Another user: “This guy is exploring and experiencing real India.” Another said, “A foreigner promoting Muzaffarpur. Nah this wasn’t on my bingo list.”
