Diwali Festivities To Take Over Dubai
With the promise of an exciting lineup of festivities and entertainment, Diwali celebrations are going to take over the city of Dubai from October 25 to November 7. There have been quite a bunch of events planned for the people as revealed by college times. These include everything from fireworks to festive markets, that will make for an excellent way to spend time with your loved ones. For instance, since fireworks are often regarded as the best part of celebrating the Festival of Lights, the display will be taking over the Dubai skies at Al Seef and Global Village. The first display of fireworks according to the report is scheduled for 9 PM on October 25 and 26 at Al Seef.

This will then be followed by another round at 9 PM on November 1 and 2 at the Global Village. Not to mention, residents and tourists at the Global Village can also enjoy a week-long Diwali celebration from October 28 to November 3. For this purpose, the festivities will feature colourful rangoli art, sun fireworks, and lively performances.
People here will also be able to enjoy a rich shopping experience at the Festival of Lights Market that will be organised at the India Pavilion. Not to mention, they will also get to enjoy some of the greatest culinary delights from India. The traditional street food is at the Indian Chaat Bazaar where they will get to fine dine at several restaurants.

Al Seef will also kick off the Festival of Lights from October 25 to 27. This free cultural fair will be a curated affair that will be happening for three days. With stunning lights, artistic performances, and interactive experiences, you will certainly also want to click tons of selfies in front of the beautiful Diwali decor. As it happens, it will be spread across a 1.8 km Promenade and will feature a chance to explore the traditional Souks, restaurants, and boutiques.

In fact, there is also something in store for music lovers. The unforgettable concert series, which pays tribute to Jagjit Singh will feature his disciple Tauseef Akhtar at the Sheikh Rashid Auditorium, Indian High School till October 26.
Meera: Echoes of Love, which is the production celebrating women’s strength and love will also take place on October 26 at the Dubai British School, Jumeirah Park. Featuring seven Local artists, this production will feature enchanting performances combining dance, music, and theatre.
As it happens, shoppers will also get to enjoy an exclusive Diwali shopping experience on October 26 at the Diwali Fiesta Exhibition. Yes, this will be taking place at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers – Hotel & Residence. Additionally, on November 8, Barff, a thriller play will be performed at the Zabeel Theatre It’s going to keep you at the edge of your seat with its suspense.
