Customers Slam Blinkit For Poor Experiences
X user Rohan Patankar (@Galileo_rohan) shared his experience of ordering from this instant delivery company.
According to the X post, Rohan Patankar ordered eggs from Blinkit. He was shocked to receive bad-quality eggs and raised the issue by informing Blinkit Support. He shared a picture of a rotten egg. To which, Blinkbuddy responded with “Thank you for sharing your feedback. Rest assured, we will convey your feedback to ensure a better experience going forward.”
With no definite assistance from the support team, the customer posted this incident on the X platform and stated that he did not receive any refund for the same.
Taking to X, Aryan Shandilya (@shandilyaaryan7) shared his experience of receiving his order most unexpectedly.
Aryan used Blinkit for the first time and his excitement turned into misery after getting his delivery. He ordered a weighing machine and was happy to get his ordered product in just 9 minutes. After opening the box, he was surprised to see his order torn to pieces. Even after informing Blinkiit Support about the terrible service and sharing its picture, they did not return the product.
According to the shared screenshot, the support team replied “We are currently handling a large number of queries and are unable to assign someone immediately to assist you. We request you to please reach out to us after some time. We regret the inconvenience caused.”

Rahul Roy Chowdhury (@RahulRoyCh75824) shared his chats with the support team and how he faced problems.
According to this X post, the customer placed an order on Blinkit and completed online payment too. However, he never received it. He received a coupon but it expired before he could use it “due to unforeseen travel”. He did not get any refund and the promo code’s validity was also over.
