The Triumphant Trio Of 30BestBarsIndia Revealed

Delhi’s Sidecar, reigning supreme as India’s #1 bar, not only retained its crown but also clinched the Best Independent Bar Award and the prestigious Best Cocktail Menu Award for Arq—a symphony inspired by quintessential Indian ingredients that left patrons spellbound.

Pune’s Cobbler & Crew emerged as the night’s revelation, claiming the second spot on the list and securing four coveted awards. 

This remarkable establishment left an indelible mark by earning accolades for Best Bar Team, Best Work in Sustainability, Highest New Entry, and the cherry on top—the Best Bartender Award, rightfully bestowed upon the talented Aashi Bhatnagar. Meanwhile, Delhi’s Lair, standing tall at the third position, added to the city’s triumph by earning its well-deserved spot among the elite.

A Symphony Of Recognition

The awards were not just confined to the top three. Pune’s Elephant & Co. Kalyani Nagar won the People’s Choice Best Bar, while TOIT from Bangalore was crowned the People’s Choice Best Microbrewery or Taproom.

Bangalore’s ZLB 23—The Leela Palace dazzled the audience by bagging the Best Bar Design award while also sharing the accolade for the Best Hotel Bar with Copitas from the Four Seasons Hotel in the same city. The ever-popular TOIT from Bangalore secured the Best Microbrewery or Taproom Award.

Aashi Bhatnagar’s mastery behind the bar at Cobbler & Crew earned her the title of Best Bartender, showcasing her prowess in crafting liquid art. In a nod to sustainability, Cobbler & Crew, Pune, and Soy Como Soy, Pune, were recognised for their outstanding contributions with the Best Work in Sustainability award.

AD Singh, the visionary founder and MD of Olive Group of Restaurants, was rightfully honoured with the prestigious Industry Icon Award. The timeless Polo Lounge at Hyatt Regency Delhi was acknowledged with the Timeless Bar Award, a tribute to its enduring charm and legacy.
