1. Visa Exemption For Romanian Citizens!

According to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Romanian nationals can now travel to Turkey without a passport. During a joint news conference with visiting Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu on Tuesday, Erdogan declared that Romanian nationals will be able to enter Turkey with their IDs.

2. Turkish Airlines and UN Tourism Collaborate For Sustainable Tourism

Turkish Airlines and UN Tourism inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in front of Nüket Küçükel Ezberci, the ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Kingdom of Spain. Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the parties hope to collaborate closely to advance worldwide efforts supporting sustainable tourism and civil aviation. The objectives of this alliance are to support the growth of the aviation industry and encourage sustainable tourism practices.

3. McDonald’s UAE Has Officially Opened In Zayed City

In Zayed City, Al Dhafra, McDonald’s UAE has officially opened a new restaurant. This new restaurant was created in collaboration with the Al Dhafra Sports and Cultural Club as part of initiatives to improve the neighbourhood. The restaurant will have a McCafé and a wide array of seamless services, including drive-through and self-ordering kiosks, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas.

4. Saadiyat Cultural District On Track For Completion

Saadiyat Cultural District and its cultural institutions are expected to be finished by 2025, according to a statement released today by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi). With its rich cultural legacy, traditions, and advancement of egalitarian culture, Saadiyat Cultural District is a worldwide platform. Embodying empowerment, it presents museums, collections, and stories that uphold a varied global cultural environment while honouring the region’s past.

5. Emirates Miami-Dubai Flight Will Service Bogotá

Emirates’ direct flights from Miami to Dubai will service Bogotá too. The airline claims to be the first to provide a range of premium services on the Miami-Bogotá route. Daily service between Dubai and Bogotá will begin on June 3. According to a statement by Emirates, a non-stop flight from Dubai is not feasible due to the high altitude of Bogotá, necessitating a layover.
