We have seen some of the biggest Indian celebrities dancing like there is no tomorrow and heard some of the best musicians perform at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding celebrations recently. However, what we truly want to know is what the food was like at this magnificent Ambani wedding. And influencer Julia Hackman Chafé has an answer for us! Read on as she spills the tea about the food from one of the biggest Indian weddings of recent times!

Influencer Share Deets About Food At The Ambani Wedding

Jewellery influencer Julia Hackman Chafé was one of the attendees of the massive Ambani wedding recently. The New York-based influencer has been actively posting about the wedding and after much request from her followers, she has shared about the food served at this wedding.

She took to Instagram and posted a reel about “What was the food like at the Ambani wedding?” According to her, it was “some of the best food she has ever had!” She mentioned how a massive area during the wedding celebration was dedicated to food. Julia also mentioned that the food area had food from across India and also the world.

In fact, the Ambanis had invited famous eateries like Il Borro Bistro from Tuscany to serve at the wedding as well! They had called in chefs from this restaurant and even had imported the needed ingredients. They served lots of Italian dishes and according to Julia, the pizza was out of the world! For Asian food lovers, the Ambanis called in Singapore’s famous Hutong restaurant and they served some mouth-watering dishes as well.

One of the dishes that stood out for her was the Burrata Waffles with pesto. While she did not elaborate on the Indian food menu, Julia did mention that it was “pretty amazing.”

With 2,500+ Dishes, The Wedding Had An Entire Floor Dedicated To Food!

Of course, we won’t leave you hanging about the Indian food at the Ambani wedding! Our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani was also one of the attendees at the wedding and she gave us a peek into the Indian food menu at the wedding. First things first, an entire floor of the Jio World Convention Centre was dedicated to food during the wedding celebration!

The menu at the wedding was all vegetarian and there were more than 2,500 dishes served during the wedding. From Kashmiri pulao to Banaras ki chaat, there was food from all over the country at the wedding. There was even a special Banarasi Paan Stall here to treat the guests.
