Purchasing week-old produce from air-conditioned stores in the USA is a thing of the past. Now, the mom haggles with local vendors and purchases fresh produce everyday. Fifth, she became a vegetarian. The variety of veg food available in India coaxed her to change her diet. Kristen Fischer also reveals that she’s learnt to ride a scooter. In the USA, she shares, scooters are illegal on most roads. Here in India, she enjoys zooming past streets on her two-wheeler with ease.

The American woman enjoys the desi style of haggling with vendors. Lastly, Kristen Fischer has admitted to “fully adapting to the jet spray” and she isn’t going back.
