G20 Summit: Here’s What’s On The Lunch Menu For Day Two
After a delicious fare of day one, many are itching to know what the second day of this gala event has in store. According to an article recently published by India Today, the lunch menu on the second day of the G20 Summit will include a host of delicious chaats.
Reportedly, the Sunday lunch menu will include items like Bhelpuri, Bikaneri Dal, Dahi Puri, Dahi Bhalla, Samosa, and Tikki as well as Vada Pav. It is obvious that the world leaders are in for a flavourful journey of the various street food items of India. These items all showcase the native flavours of India, especially street food.
The ethos of G20 is based on the Indian philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam which essentially means that the entire world is just one big family.

What Did The World Leaders Relish On Day One?
The gala dinner was hosted by the President of India Droupadi Murmu. She hosted a total of 170 guests for the dinner. A plethora of mouth-watering vegetarian dishes were on the menu which showcased the comprehensive culinary diversity of India.
The dinner featured items like Rajasthani Dal Baati Churma, Punjabi Dal Tadka, Bihari Litti Chokha, and Uttappam from South India. For dessert, the dignitaries relished Gum Pudding, Mishri Mawa, Motichoor Laddoo, and many more delicious dishes.
