This Ganesh Pandal In Kolkata & Its Festivities Look Spectacular
Nestled on the VIP Road in Baguiati, the Executive Palace Complex presented a marvellous creation of a replica of Adiyogi. The inspiration is the iconic bust of Lord Shiva at Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. To adorn the stage to place Lord Ganesha’s idol, a majestic replica of Adiyogi measuring 13 feet has been installed behind Bappa. The grand statue of Lord Shiva is surely one of the most wonderful marvels to witness here.
According to a press release, the tall sculpture highlights “the reverence for Lord Ganesh and the philosophical teachings of Adiyogi.” The humongous statue is a remarkable unification between spirituality and traditions. The placement of idols showcases their beautiful bond and spiritual connection. It also emphasises Hindu philosophy’s deep teachings.
Taking about the magnificent festivities, Secretary of the Executive Palace Complex Ankit Agarwal said that the complex’s celebration is dedicated to Adiyogi’s teachings. This year’s theme is dedicated to honouring the spiritual connection between Lord Shiva and his son Lord Ganesha. The complex is organising Ganesh Chaturthi over six days. The festivities will conclude with a grand Hawan before the Visarjan. Residents will participate and distribute bhog during Ganesh puja to over 3,000 people outside the complex premises, Ankit Agarwal further added.
