We all have a 24-hour clock. However, even with proper management, there is no time to touch some grass. Gaur Gopal Das agrees but he is particular about only two things in his life. And he makes sure to make time for those things. He revealed it to our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, on this Sunday Brunch episode.

What Gaur Gopal Das Doesn’t Compromise On?

Kamiya wears many hats as a creator, entrepreneur, mother, and more. She discussed with Gaur how life becomes hectic after a certain point of time and asked how she can overcome it. Gaur Gopal spoke about how there is something or the other going on in everyone’s lives. Life doesn’t stop for anyone; it moves on.

According to our guest, his and Kamiya’s lives are not so vastly different. He said that they both juggle many things. Among those things, there are two crucial things he doesn’t overlook. He said, “The things at no point in time I make a compromise on are self-care and spiritual connection.”

Gaur explained further, “Because when these two things are in place, I have the strength and resilience to pay attention to other things in life.” Meaning, there has to be some me-time where self-care is prioritised along with spiritual connections.
