Serving over 100 varieties of tea at one destination, the Tea Villa Cafe promises to give you an experience that you will never forget.

I visited the outlet on a Sunday evening with a friend. I was mind-blown by the interiors and their exotic taste. With small booths for couples to have a cozy time and funky seating areas for the rest, I knew I would have a good experience.

What’s In It?

Freshly prepared teas from different parts of the world is their specialty. A few must try concoctions of tea are the Orange Blossom Oolong, Chocolate and Mint Tea, Herbal Coconut Chai, Cherry Sencha, Early Grey Tea, Apple Tea, White Rose, Moroccan Tulsi, and Green Rooibos Chai.

Flowering Green tea

Tea Villa Cafe also serves a brilliant infusion of fruit teas like green apple, strawberry, and cranberry. Some more include teas with special herbs and spices like honey, almond, Flowering green tea, ginger, and lemon.

We tried the Moroccan Mint and the Berry Rush teas. They were served in a filtered small tea pot which was just cute to see. The tea sat there for a few minutes until the brew spread to the steaming water. Both were grand when it comes to taste, but I preferred the Moroccan Mint because it left a peppermint-y after taste that I would simply not forget.

Not just that, this cafe serves something to keep up your appetite in their menu including a large platter full of pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, Mexican food, soups, salads, and of course, their favorite, Belgian Waffles.

The waffles are surely a must try. We opted for the Oreo waffles. The melting chocolate taste along with the warm and spongy waffle was the perfect combination.

What’s Unique?

An entire cafe devoted fully to exotic varieties of tea is a unique concept on its own. The Silver Tips Imperial Tea happens to be the most expensive tea in the world and costs around 2 lac per kg. It has effective anti-aging properties and a cup of this tea is available at Tea Villa. It will cost you ₹995 per cup.

The Monkey Chief tea as the name says, is obtained when the monkeys in the Chinese mountains are trained to pick up the leaves. This one will cost you ₹495 per cup.

Another one originating from China, the Premium Pu-Erh Tea is also super vintage. This one will also cost you ₹495 per cup.

The Tea Villa Cafe also puts a unique twist to the classic Nutella jar shake. With whipped cream sprinkled with nuts that gives a nutty taste to the milkshake underneath, it was a bliss for chocolate lovers.
