Dubai is home to several fantastic attractions that leave visitors absolutely stunned with their displays. Most of these are open-air attractions that temporarily close their doors during the summer. And as the temperature continues to rise, some of them have already announced the official dates, while others have had to do so. So, according to the estimated timeframe, make sure to visit the following attractions before they close for the summer.
Attractions To Close Before Summer
From the Global Village to the Dubai Fountain, closure dates have been announced for several open-air attractions in Dubai. Take a look at the estimated timeframe for them.
1. Dubai Fountain
It is expected that a performance for this fountain will be on April 19, after which it will close for renovations. Yes, it’s not closing for the summer, but instead for renovations as it will be undergoing expansive restoration. It is expected that the attraction will open again in October.
When: April 19
2. Global Village
One of the most popular attractions in Dubai, the 29th Season will officially close in May. The attraction, which opened in October last year, showcases over 90 cultures from around the world. This year, new pavilions were also introduced, such as those for Jordan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Iraq.
When: May 11
3. Dubai Miracle Garden
While the closure date hasn’t been announced yet, it typically closes in June. The 13th Season of the Dubai Miracle Garden opened in October 2024, and has the world’s largest natural flower gardens.
When: June (Expected date)

4. Dubai Garden Glow
This is another attraction for which the official closure date has not been announced yet. It does, however, shut down in the summer. Featuring five unique zones, it has more than 500 nature-inspired installations.
When: Not yet announced
5. Dubai Safari Park
Although an official closing date has not been announced yet, bookings on the website are only available till June 1, 2025. This park reopened for its sixth season in October of last year and it occupies 119 hectares.
When: June 1
