Freddy Birdy took to Instagram to share his opinion about how good food is simply good food, no matter where it is served. In his long post, he talked about how people these days are just focussing on eating at big food chains and Michelin-starred restaurants. He went on to point out our fascination with pretty plating and food that looks good on Instagram. His post even called out our habit of carrying a list of “best restaurants” to every place we travel.
In the post, he then went on to talk about how it is actually the simplest food served at the humblest of places that tastes the best. He gave examples of street-side momos served in Delhi, Tibb’s Frankie and even the Thai Curry served at GK’s Culinaire! His post got a lot of attention and hundreds of people commented and agreed with him on this.
