Greek Cucumber Salad is a version of traditional Greek salads. This salad is known for its nutritional value and good taste. Chef Kunal Kapur decided to help the viewers make this cool and delicious salad at home in no time!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cucumbers
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Thick Curd
- ½ tsp finely chopped Garlic
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- 4 tbsp water
- Handful chopped mint leaves
- Handful chopped walnuts

Procedure:
He took two cucumbers and peeled off their skins using a peeler. Next, he chopped them into medium-sized pieces and kept them aside.
In a bowl, he added thick curd, salt, and pepper powder. In another small bowl, he added finely chopped garlic and water. He then mixed it well to get all the flavor of garlic into the water. Next, he strained the water and added it to the bowl of curd.
He mixed them up using a whisker until he got a smooth texture. Next, he added chopped cucumber and fresh mint leaves to the curd mixture. Lastly, he mixed them all up nicely.
Last but not least, he garnished this Greek Cucumber Salad with chopped walnuts and some pudina leaves on top!
