In this episode of Tere Gully Mein we spoke to the incredibly funny Gurleen Pannu. Along with her, we explored Sarojini Nagar, the infamous market in Delhi. The conversations flowed and the jokes flowed even harder! Great company to walk around Delhi’s gullies, Gurleen is a delight in this episode. Let’s see what Pannu had to say about her college days in Chandigarh.
Gurleen Pannu Spills The Tea About Her College Days In Chandigarh
Gurleen starts to tell us about how she studied in a girls’ college in Chandigarh. Whenever you hear the words girls and college together, do you also think of throngs of boys flooding the gates of the college? Gurleen talks about her experience with these guys from Chandigarh who would hang around her college. They would be in cars. If the parking light of the car was blinking, that would mean they are interested in the girl! This was a hint for the girl to understand. And girls would get into such cars too, she says.
Gurleen gives a certified baddie vibe. Our host asks her if she has ever hit a guy or gotten into a fight of that sort. Laughingly, Pannu tells her that she really doesn’t have the courage to do that. But, she did roam around with a fair amount of attitude, she admits.
How Would Gurleen React When Approached By A Guy?
We went on to ask her how she has reacted when a guy has made a move on her. Joking, she says that has never happened! She tells us that she would smile shyly. Our host expresses disbelief over this as it’s hard to imagine a shy Pannu!

Gurleen tells us that there is no ‘approaching’, there is only the dance that the boys used to do with their cars. The two women then proceed to talk about how boys are not taught how to approach women at all. If they like someone, they’ll just hover around her and act all macho, Pannu says. They will be fantasising about the wedding before even asking the girl anything.
