As Halloween parties were underway, a specific party was overcrowded, which led to a stampede. Horrifying videos emerged on the Internet of people getting CPR who collapsed due to the stampede. The event in Itaewon took an ugly turn, and at least 149 people have been reported dead. Here’s what happened in Itaewon.
Itaewon Halloween Party Turns Horrifying
The Itaewon stampede was a major one; as per reports, there is still no information on people who went missing during the incident. Videos of people suffering from cardiac arrest, people trying to escape, and a fire incident surfaced on the Internet, shaking the world. As per a Seoul metropolitan government, around 270 people are missing after the stampede. The incident has drawn the attention of leaders and celebrities worldwide.

Events cancelled; World Leaders Condole Seoul Stampede Incident.
One of the world’s most beloved music bands, BTS, cancelled an event after the death reports had emerged. World leaders took to social media to express their concern over the sudden stampede. The cause of the stampede has not been reported yet, although there have been many speculations about the incident.
