According to a survey conducted by Talker Research and Funjet Vacations, Maui has emerged as the most romantic destination. Hawaii’s Maui Named The Most Romantic Destination In The World

Hawaii’s Maui has taken the title of the most romantic destination in the world from Paris! As per Talker Research and Funjet Vacations’ survey, while Paris is still one of the preferred romantic locations, couples are now more interested in exploring the beautiful Hawaiian island of Maui.

In the survey, Maui received about 34% votes as the world’s top romantic destination, while Paris followed closely behind with 33% votes. According to the respondents, smaller and hidden destinations have a more romantic appeal than bigger cities. As per the report, around 45% of people believe that such destinations provide better opportunities to connect with your partner and set a romantic and intimate mood.

The survey further highlighted that people feel more romantically connected on holidays and that’s why smaller destinations help. According to the Talker Research and Funjet Vacations survey, 55% of people like to go for romantic walks on the beach, 54% of them prefer to see the sunset together, and 53% of respondents like holding hands while they’re on vacation.
