The government body takes immense care of public health and ensures that restaurants, cafes, and other food outlets follow the utmost food safety requirements for public health safety. And recently, a cafe, which failed to adhere to the food safety requirements put forward by the authority, has been shut down. Yes, we’re talking about the Healthy Dream Food Cafe – Abu Dhabi Branch 1.
Healthy Dream Food Cafe – Abu Dhabi Branch 1 Shut Down
According to an Instagram post by the government authorities, ADAFSA has revealed that it has shut down Healthy Dream Food Cafe – Abu Dhabi Branch 1. Yes, holding commercial license No CN-4031247, the government body has shut down this restaurant, after it violated several food safety requirements. It was also mentioned that this closure came after the food establishment received three violations. Additionally, it also received a closure alert for its non-compliance with health standards for food safety set by the authority. Not to mention, there was even a spread of insects in food preparation areas!

ADAFSA Constantly Monitors Health & Safety Standards
It’s worth noting that the post reveals that disclosure is going to stay in place until these reasons for the shutdown continue to exist. And it will only be allowed to resume after violations are corrected.
ADAFSA takes immense care to ensure that eateries and food establishments in the emirate, follow the utmost food safety requirements. Yes, irrespective of the nature and food products, they’re all subject to periodic inspections by the government body to ensure there is food safety. As it happens, the authority also urges people to alert them in case of any suspicious activity that they might find at these food establishments. For this, they have urged the public to call the toll-free number 800555.
With such a diligent body overlooking the health and safety standards followed by restaurants in Abu Dhabi, one can safely eat at their favourite restaurant without worrying about the quality.
