Hello Sunshine features a chic interior with plenty of natural light. The place offers a serene and peaceful environment that is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a cup of coffee. The cafe is known for its laid-back atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. The cafe has a cosy and colourful interior, with comfortable seating options both inside and outside. The walls are adorned with artwork and decor that reflect the vibrant and eclectic culture of Goa. It features a rustic decor with wooden tables and chairs, colourful paintings, and a cosy outdoor seating area.
What To Eat?
A community-driven cafe, they have cheese sourced from local cheesemongers in Assagao, and also from Pondicherry. The coffee comes from Chikmagalur plantations, while the kombucha is prepared by two ladies who grew up in the Himalayan foothills. The cafe aims to strengthen its base to eventually introduce food and drinks that diversify the range and quality of the products presently created in India.
