Aaditya Thackeray Shared How His Grandfather Put Him In A Soup

Once we got to discussing his family and his relationships with his parents and grandparents, we couldn’t move past his equation with his grandfather Shri Balasaheb Thackeray. He shared a lot about his routine and all the things he learnt from him. His enthusiasm in general and towards learning was something he always looked up to.

However, the most regular thing about their relationship was something we could relate to. Like all grandparents, he always wanted to show everyone how talented or skilled his grandson is. While talking he shared a fond memory of when his grandfather put him in a soup. He had taken up French as part of his curriculum in 11th standard. While he had only picked up some basics, his grandfather put him in front of someone who was extremely fluent in French and asked them to converse in the language.

We can all relate to being embarrassed by our elders!
