The development of a new route came into existence during the recent visit of the Vice president of Dubai to the newly created natural reserve in the south of the city. But when the problem of accessibility arose, Sheikh Mohammed took no time to order the road construction to allow visitors to the desert. He established on Sunday, that a 100km trekking path would be built.

The route takes the name Saih Al Salam Scenic Route or Route 1. It will provide connectivity for tourist attractions with dedicated highways for cars. You can also ride electric scooters and desert bicycles on the provided trails.

Called the Love Lake and others found in the Al Quadra region, tourists will be able to soar over them in hot air balloons, helicopters or even better, air taxis. Your interest in skydiving can be fulfilled at these spots.
