A traditional Italian pizza oven is used to create the hand-thrown artisan pizzas at Jones the Grocer at the Mall of the Emirates. They are made using a flavorful combination of “00 flour” and semolina. The skilful blending produces a light, airy texture that serves as the ideal base for a pizza that melts in your mouth. With these wood-fired treats, Jones the Grocer’s chefs have turned up the heat.
