If you ask someone who considers cycling as one of the most fun-filled sports, then you will be pleased that the Hudayriyat Women’s Cycling Series 2024 is happening in Abu Dhabi. The hallmark of the sports event is that it’s one of the few cycling series that is dedicated only to women in the region. A golden opportunity for women who love to cycle and belong to any level whether they are beginners or pros, this is the perfect time to hit the track. It begins on October 20 and the event will go on till December 8.

Yes, the series will be taking place at the Hudayriyat Cycling Track and will offer a series of exciting races that you won’t want to miss.

Here’s a brief look at all the races that will be a part of the series.

• Season Open

  Scheduled for October 20, this is a 30 km race that coincides with the Pink October month. For those who are not aware, it’s for raising awareness for breast cancer prevention.

• Motivation And Inclusion

  This is a race that is scheduled for November 3 and is for 40 km. Perfect for community spirit and keeping up the momentum, this is a raise that women who love to cycle wouldn’t want to miss

• Fun And Fashion

  Another fun-filled race, this is scheduled for November 17 and it is a 50 km race. However, what sets it apart from others, is the fact that for the race women can dress in costumes and wild outfits to dash out for the race and get creative while they are at it.

• Finale

  This is a 60 km race that is scheduled for December 8. Wrapping up the series, the final race will celebrate women’s achievements and round off the season with one banging event.

However, if you do not want to cycle for the full distances, you even have the choice to partake in community ride options for each round. These offer shorter track lengths, promote social, inclusive riding, and are fabulous for cycling with friends.
