“I Wish Unhone Thoda Bohot Script Kar Liya Hota,” Sufi Motiwala Spills It All About Traitors

Sufi Motiwala, a fashion critic whose ruthless reviews of celebrities’ outfits surface all over Instagram, met Curly Tales on a recent episode of Tere Gully Mein. While exploring the lanes of Ghatkopar’s Khaugalli, he opened up about his life, spilt the beans on a recent reality show, Traitors and rated the viral food combos in his witty and sassy style. Sufi even gave us the behind-the-scenes insights into the show and revealed whether the show is scripted or not. Read on to know more about it.

Sufi Motiwala Opened Up About The Show, ‘Traitors’

While trying the Monacan and Kurkure Momos at Khaugalli, we asked Sufi to give us a sneak peek into the recent show Traitors, where he made an appearance as a contestant. We got straight to the point and asked him, “Is the show scripted?” Sufi shared that the show wasn’t scripted at all, and in his opinion, the person who won Traitors doesn’t deserve to win!

Sufi Motiwala never fails to surprise with his witty responses, and his savage replies pack the same punch. He added, “You cannot script me yelling at Raftaar because that has to come naturally. There were a lot of other fights, like between Apoorva and Uorfi, so you can’t script a fight like that. It has to stem from somewhere for it to have such a real and vast meaning in the show.’’ Not a single moment on Traitors was scripted; it was all raw and real.

Emotions Were Heightened Throughout The Show

While speaking about the show, he shared how, at midnight, they ended up getting locked in their rooms, and the next day, they received a letter from the production team stating that they had been eliminated. The emotions on the show were heightened because they never knew when you were going to get murdered. The format of the show was such that nobody revealed their true personalities, as everyone was trying to withhold their emotions so no one could read them.

Each contestant was carrying some version of a character they had created for themselves. Sufi Motiwala said, “I didn’t necessarily bond with anybody on the show, except for Apoorva, because Apoorva and I were just being ourselves.” In this game of deception and no trust, Apoorva and Sufi shared a genuine connection and kept vibing with each other throughout the show.

He even opened up about how the casting team treated him during the audition process. To hear the full story, watch the complete episode on the Curly Tales YouTube channel.
