The Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) has announced the 21st Annual Chef Awards will take place in Delhi on October 17 at The Ashok. ICF has announced the 21st Annual Chef Awards will be held on October 17 at The Ashok, New Delhi. The Annual Chef Awards this year will offer a remarkable tribute to the evolving art of Indian cuisine. It will see more than 200 participants from all over India competing in diverse categories to showcase their talent.

The participants will compete in categories like Master Chef of the Year, Kebabs, Indian Patisserie, Indian Sweets, International Cuisine, North Indian Cuisine, Oriental Cuisine, and Student Chef of the Year for both male and female contestants. This competition promises to be fierce and inspiring for young culinary professionals.

The Annual Chef Awards is one of India’s oldest and largest culinary gatherings that recognises the exceptional creativity and skill of culinary professionals. And participants here will be evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges that includes chefs and hotel industry stalwarts.

This year’s jury will be chaired by Chef Rajiv Gulshan, Dean at Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram, G D Goenka University, with Chef Rajiv Chopra who will serve as the organising secretary of the 21st Annual Chef Awards.

Along with the competitive categories, the ICF Chef Awards will also acknowledge industry veterans. They will be awarded with lifetime achievement awards for their contribution to the Indian culinary landscape. These include awards like the Lifetime Achievement Award, Golden Hat, Silver Hat, Academic Silver Hat, Pastry Chef of the Year, and Lady Chef of the Year. These awards will be presented to individuals who have made a meaningful impact on the industry.

That’s not all, the 12th Knowledge Summit will also be held alongside the Annual Chef Awards. The Knowledge Summit brings hospitality leaders, educators, and critics under one roof insightful discussions. The theme of this year’s summit is “Culinarians in the AI Era – Tiptoeing the Fine Line.” One can expect exchange of ideas and strategies to address key challenges in the culinary world at this summit.
