Ingredients

Method 

First, take a microwave-safe mug and add the dry ingredients— ragi flour, cocoa powder, jaggery and baking soda. Next, add the liquid ingredients — milk, oil and vanilla extract. Give the ingredients a good mix and make sure to scrape the bottom. Set the microwave to regular heating mode. Then, microwave the mug for 2 minutes. Your guilt-free and gluten-free Ragi Chocolate Mug Cake is ready! You can add a generous helping of melted chocolate over the cake and enjoy it hot!
