We all know that the traffic in our country can get pretty ugly. Especially when it comes to big cities like Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai. Recently, a British car finance and loan company called MoneyBarn released a list of the top 49 countries in the world that are slowest to drive in. It turns out that India ranked pretty high on the list. Out of the 49 countries, India is the tenth slowest country.
India Is The 10th Slowest Country In The World To Drive In
People who live in cities can attest to the truth that traffic in India is one of the worst. Recently, MoneyBarn released the list of the slowest countries in the world to drive in. They listed a total of 49 countries and ranked them based on various parameters.
They measured and ranked the average of congestion levels, days with high as well as low traffic. They also managed to separately measure and rate the average of the highest speed limit in towns as well as the highest speed limit in general.
They also scored the quality of roads out of seven and the overall slowest traffic score out of 10. The quality of roads in India was rated 4.5 out of 7. Out of 10, the country received a score of 6.46 for overall slowest traffic.
Peru Ranks Number 1; Check Out The Full List
According to this list by MoneyBarn, Peru is the slowest country in the world to drive in. It bagged the top spot on the list with an average of 26 days with the highest traffic. It also received a rating of 3.2 out of 7 for the quality of its road and 8.45 for overall slowest traffic.
