On the last Sunday Brunch episode of 2025, our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani met Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri stars, Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday. At Mann Marzi, Raffles Dubai, the stars spoke about their latest rom-com release, love for Indian food and their Bollywood journey amongst other topics. Ananya even revealed how she has evolved since her debut movie. Her co-star Kartik Aaryan shared his observations.
How Has 2025 Been For Kartik Aaryan & Ananya Panday?
Kamiya Jani first asked the duo how the year 2025 has been for them. “For me, 2025 has been a year of small changes.I have brought tiny changes into my life that has shaped my personality,” Ananya Panday revealed. She elaborated that while this hasn’t been synonymous with big things, it has certainly brought good shifts in her personality.
For Kartik Aaryan, 2025 was a “special year” where he received validation and awards for his performances. Moreover, his sister got married, which was again a cherry on top of the cake. Moreover, Kartik shared that their movie which was supposed to release on Valentine’s Day turned Christmas into a day of love.

Kartik Praises Ananya’s Growth As An Actor
Has Ananya Panday changed since Kartik and Ananya’s last film together? “Bilkul nahin (Not at all),” says her co-star. He elaborated that he meant this in a good way. Kartik described his Tu Meri… heroine as a student for life. Like earlier, to date, Ananya Panday comes to the set prepared for her part. The actor said Ananya is dedicated and punctual, and this was always the case. Speaking for her, Kartik said Ananya has matured as an actor who’s found her own zone and journey.

While she is still exploring, Kartik Aaryan said she has found her footing in the industry. Later, he also spoke about her “ajeeb” (habit) of cribbing a lot if she doesn’t get her food on time. “I am a very hangry person,” he said. The same happens when the actress is operating on lack of sleep. That’s when one has to stay away from her to take care of their own moods, believes Kartik.
