Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, met the hottie at 40, Jacqueline Fernandez, to know her fitness routine and how she maintains a natural glow that is hard to attain. The actress revealed that apart from kickboxing, she loves yoga and shared all about her yogic journey with us, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Yoga Keeps Jacqueline Fernandez Fit And Glowing

Yoga goddess Jacqueline Fernandez is not just known for her glowing skin and ever-smiling face, but also for her toned body. You will be surprised to know that yoga is what keeps her fit even at 40. The Sri Lankan beauty does all forms of exercise, from kickboxing to pole dancing, but yoga is truly something special to her. This made us curious to ask her, “What made you roll out the yoga mat?”

Jacqueline shared with Kamiya in the latest Power Hour episode that yoga is something she started when she first came to India. Since then, it has completely changed her life and opened her eyes to the amazing world of “zen.” She added that this is why she has continued her yoga practice over the years. Her toned body and glowing skin prove just that.

A regular practice of yoga can definitely improve blood circulation, tone muscles, and reduce stress. And the best part? All you need is a single mat!

The Actress Considers It A “Perfect Way To Start Her Morning”

Jacqueline Fernandez also revealed that yoga helps take care of your mind, flexibility, strength, and toning. The Kick actress added, “It’s the best way to start your day.” She practices yoga four days a week, along with three days of weight training and occasional pilates.

Kamiya then joined Jacqueline for her usual yoga routine, which started with Om chanting to relax, before both moved on to warm-ups and stretches. But that’s not all; in this Power Hour episode, the Bollywood stunner also shared her oral hygiene tips and her favourite protein-packed pancake recipe, which she eats almost every day.

Her commitment to practising yoga with dedication has clearly shown results. We are now thinking of rolling out our yoga mats too! When are you?
