Known for her fitness, active lifestyle, and naturally glowing skin even at 40, the actress shared many of her wellness secrets with us. But wait, that’s not all. Jacqueline Fernandez’s Go-To Breakfast Pancakes

This power-packed Power Hour episode delved into the fitness secrets of Jacqueline Fernandez at Mahati Wellness in Bandra, Mumbai. The yoga goddess opened up about her fitness routine and much more. From kickboxing to pole dancing and yoga, the actress is an all-rounder, and honestly, her glowing skin and toned body prove that. When asked why she chose yoga, Jacqueline revealed that she started practising it when she first came to India. Since then, it has opened her eyes to the amazing world of ‘zen’.

The episode continued with Om chanting, yogic warm-ups, and Jacqueline sharing her morning routine with us. But the most interesting part was when she revealed her go-to pancake recipe that instantly made us want to try it. Since fitness and healthy food go hand in hand, she not only shared her favourite breakfast pancakes but also made Kamiya try them.

Healthy Pancake Recipe

The recipe shared by Jacqueline in this Power Hour episode is simple and can easily be made at home.

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate protein powder
  • Almond milk
  • Banana
  • Oats
  • Cinnamon
  • A little bit of oil
  • Maple syrup

Method:

  • Put all these ingredients (except maple syrup, oil, and cinnamon) together in a blender. You can adjust the quantity as per your preference.
  • Add a little oil to a pan, pour the batter, and shallow fry the pancakes.
  • Garnish with fresh banana slices, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, and voila! Your healthy pancakes are ready.

Jacqueline also revealed that she sometimes enjoys these pancakes with a side of chia seed pudding. She told Kamiya Jani that these pancakes are guilt-free and full of protein, making them a perfect healthy breakfast. The actress also mentioned that the chia pudding is made by soaking chia seeds in almond milk and topping it with nuts, seeds, and pomegranate.
