Shehnaaz Gill Once Stole Her Mother’s Gold Jewellery, But For This Noble Reason!

For an exciting episode of Sunday Brunch, our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, met with the fun and fabulous Shehnaaz Gill and enjoyed a delicious Punjabi meal at her house in Mumbai. This episode wasn’t just about food but also about getting to know Shehnaaz, her relationship with her family members, her love for food and travel, her upcoming projects, and a lot more. During the conversation, we also learnt a lot of fun things about her childhood and college life. We don’t know all about it yet!

We Played ‘Never Have I Ever’ With Shehnaaz Gill

While indulging in delicacies like biryani, we tried to turn up the fun quotient and play a game of ‘Never Have I Ever’ with Shehnaaz Gill. When Kamiya asked the first question, if Shehnaaz Gill had ever stolen anything, she didn’t know that she was opening the doors to a hilarious yet heartwarming story. Shehnaaz instantly answered the question with a positive response.

Surprised, when Kamiya asked what she had stolen and when, Shehnaaz revealed that back when she was in college, she stole her mother’s gold jewellery. But what led her to steal such an expensive thing? Well, she didn’t do it for herself but for a couple from her college who wanted to get married but, because of family issues, had to run away. To support their love story, Shehnaaz decided to help them out with some money and stole her mother’s jewellery to do just that.

She Made Some Exciting Revelations

The second question during the game was whether Shehnaaz had ever eaten a whole pizza by herself, to which she responded that she hadn’t. But when asked if she had ever posted pictures of herself on social media just to make someone jealous, she instantly admitted, ‘Many times!’ She also confessed to having used someone else’s account to check another person’s stories.

Next, we asked her if she had ever deleted something from Instagram after posting it. She revealed that she usually doesn’t, because once something is out there, it’s out there. However, she did share one funny incident; she had once requested a stylist not to get her an outfit that someone else had already worn before. Later, when she found out that wasn’t true, she ended up deleting her post in that outfit.
