However, in a shocking post by the restaurant, it was revealed that it will be closing its doors in September.

For foodies in Mumbai, New Yorker is a renowned eatery that holds a special place in their hearts. Serving delicious food for more than 40 years, the iconic restaurant hardly needs any introduction. However, in an Instagram post, it was revealed that the restaurant is shutting its doors. Yes, it announced how the restaurant is pulling the shutters down on September 11. A message that sent shock amongst foodies, there was no reason that had been listed behind this sudden decision by the eatery.

Serving Two Generations In Chowpatty

With two generations of members enjoying delectable fare, this restaurant opened 45 years ago with cool interiors. Truly a legacy in its own sense, it was truly the ‘it’ thing in the 80s! After all, the restaurant where people would often drop by for a date or to maybe chomp down on delectable sandwiches, as they enjoyed with their group.
