Looking to heal yourself? If yes, then Eternal Oasis in Gurugram might just be the perfect spot for you. This weekend and on August 15,  the centre will host a series of wellness workshops. These sessions offer a deeply immersive experience designed to help participants attain inner clarity and emotional release. Here are the complete details.

Eternal Oasis, Gurugram: A Sanctuary For Healing And Re-Discovery

Before we get into the event, let us tell you about the magical place that is Eternal Oasis. A wellness centre dedicated to arts, culture, and spirituality, it is tucked away in the heart of Gurugram. The space serves as a sanctuary for people seeking meaning, connection, and peace in today’s fast-paced world. Moreover, it promotes holistic well-being and is fast emerging as a go-to destination for people who are looking to get some self-healing done.

Eternal Oasis is all set to host an immersive session involving theatre, sound, and drum circles at its Golf Course Road venue. The workshop, which is happening this weekend, is designed to help participants release anger, process past trauma, and deal with emotional isolation, which is a growing concern in modern urban life. Following this, Eternal Oasis will also host a unique ‘Day of Nothingness’ on Independence Day, August 15. Curated by Shoonya Festival, this day will include guided meditation, breathwork sessions, sound healing, and an interactive drum circle.

Participants will also get access to a quiet, reflective space to help them reconnect with stillness and gain clarity. The experience is intended to be deeply therapeutic, allowing participants to connect with their inner selves.

According to a 2023 Deloitte study, over 80% of professionals in India struggle with stress and emotional fatigue, especially in metro cities like Gurugram. The same study found that 47% of Indian professionals cited workplace stress as the biggest factor affecting their mental well-being. We definitely need more safe and healing workshops like these to tackle these daily challenges.

Talking about the event, Umesh Mathur, founder of Eternal Oasis, said, “Centres like Eternal Oasis are the third spaces our cities desperately need”. He also added that, “They are safe corners of the world where people can pause, breathe, feel, and simply be. In the age of endless noise and productivity, we need platforms that nurture the unseen dimensions of our health—emotional, mental, and spiritual. That’s what we are building here.”
