Chef Sanjyot Keer (@yourfoodlab) has now come up with a unique recipe for Kesar Elaichi Bullet Coffee, and here’s what you need to make it:
Ingredients To Make Kesar Elaichi Bullet Coffee
- Kesar
- Elaichi powder
- Warm milk
- Instant coffee
- Vanilla essence
- Ghee
- Sweetener of your choice
- 2 tablespoons water

Here’s The Super Easy Recipe
Let’s get to the main recipe to make this delicious cup of coffee. Here’s the method:
- Take a mortar and pestle and grind the kesar in it until it turns into a powder.
- Add the kesar powder to a hot cup of milk and mix it until it turns a little yellow and becomes frothy.
- Take another glass and add instant coffee and vanilla essence to it, along with the star of the recipe: elaichi powder.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to this glass and a sweetener of your choice. Froth it and then add 1 spoon of ghee to it.
- Now, it’s time to assemble. Take your favourite coffee cup, add the kesar milk to it and then top it with this prepared coffee concoction. Give it a mix and done! Your Kesar Elaichi Bullet Coffee is ready to be sipped.
