What does Ganesh Chaturthi at Antilia look like? Think thousands of warm lights, elaborate floral arrangements, traditional decor and, of course, a lavish spread of regional favourites from across India. The Ambani family celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 at their Mumbai residence on September 13, welcoming Ganpati Bappa with festive rituals, grand decor and an elaborate feast. Here’s a glimpse into the celebrations.

What Was On The Menu At Ambani Family Ganesh Chaturthi?

Known as ‘Antilia Cha Raja’, the Ganpati idol was welcomed with traditional rituals, prayers and festivities as the Ambani family and guests came together for darshan.

The festive feast brought together flavours from different parts of India, with the menu spanning Maharashtrian, Gujarati and South Indian specialities, along with Indo-Chinese favourites and chaat.

Guests were welcomed with refreshing drinks including Anaar Panna, Aam Panna and Lassi.

The Maharashtrian section featured crowd-pleasers such as Misal Pav, Kothambir Vadi and Batata Vada served with lasun chutney. The Gujarati spread included Chokha and Makki Khichu, Sambhairu, Patti Samosa, and Methi Dhokla.

For South Indian flavours, there was Rasam Vada, Ghee Podi Idli, Bisi Bele Bhaat and Boondi. The Indo-Chinese selection featured Wok-Tossed Chilli Paneer, Golden Veg Spring Rolls and Schezwan Noodles.

And if you love chaat, the spread also had plenty to choose from, including Tamatar Chaat, Spicy Ragulla and Aloo Kachori with Lal Chana Chaat.

With such a diverse spread, the celebration brought together familiar festive flavours while giving guests plenty to savour beyond the traditional modaks.

Antilia Was Lit Up In Festive Grandeur

The food wasn’t the only highlight. Antilia was transformed for the occasion with thousands of warm lights, cascading fairy lights, floral motifs and traditional decorative elements. The decor drew inspiration from Indian temple architecture, with ornate pillars, carved arches and layered backdrops in warm ochre, terracotta and golden tones.

Elaborate floral canopies added another layer to the festive setting, with red and saffron flowers arranged in jhumar-inspired structures and hanging floral arrangements. At the centre, Ganpati Bappa was placed against an ornate golden backdrop, surrounded by brass lamps, deepams, marigold garlands and jasmine gajras.

Nita Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were seen welcoming Ganpati Bappa at the celebrations.
