1. Amarula Thandai
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 60 ml Chilled thandai
- 15 ml Vodka (optional, for extra kick)
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Fill a shaker with amarula, thandai, and vodka if desired.
- Put some ice in.
- Give it a gentle shake for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Over fresh ice, strain into a rocks glass.
- Rose petals or crushed pistachios can be used as a garnish.

- 60 ml Davana Vermouth Indica Rosso
- 30 ml Rhubarb syrup

- 45 ml Teeling Irish Whiskey

- 90 ml Mixed dry fruit sharbat
- 20 ml Jaggery syrup
- Ice cubes

- 45 ml Camikara 3YO aged rum
