SMOOR was founded in 2015, and over the last decade, the brand has worked endlessly to redefine India’s relationship with couverture chocolate. On its 10-year milestone, it opened doors to a 68,000 sq. ft. living museum of cocoa–the SMOOR Experience Centre in Bengaluru. The place offers an immersive, end-to-end chocolate destination that integrates manufacturing, R&D, experiential retail, and hospitality under one roof.

Witness The Artistry Of Chocolate Making

At this chocolate haven, visitors can witness state-of-the-art equipment sourced from Germany, Italy, and India, with over 50% of the machinery proudly made in India. As you explore the space, you’ll come across a bespoke Chocolate Lab where you can watch the entire process unfold, from grinding and conching to tempering, moulding, and packaging.

If hunger strikes, step into the expansive 2,200 sq. ft. experiential café, designed as a luxe industrial-style chocolate space. However, this isn’t a walk-in attraction, the centre accommodates around 350 visitors per day, and prior reservations are mandatory.

Guests can indulge in guided Indian cocoa tasting flights that celebrate regional terroir, or sign up for chef-led workshops, masterclasses, and pairing sessions that elevate chocolate from simple indulgence to fine craft. There’s also an exclusive retail store offering special experience-centre-only pricing.
