The Sadhya here will be inspired by the dishes that shaped Shilpa Shetty’s childhood and the recipes lovingly prepared by her mother. 7. Madurai Bhavan

Head to Madurai Bhavan in Navi Mumbai for a festive Onam filled with 26 traditional delicacies, beautiful decor and a special Kathakali performance. Every flavour will have its space on the banana leaf, be it sweet, spicy, tangy, bitter or comforting. And not to forget the indulgent Payasam, which will have you asking for more.

8. Tanjore Tiffin Room

This Onam, the Tanjore Tiffin Room is laying out its table the traditional way. There will be a banana leaf and 30 dishes meant to be eaten together by courses. Rice will be at the centre, with curries arranged around it. Each dish added will be eaten in its own way. This beautiful Onam spread draws its inspiration from the oldest customs, with Sambar, Rasam, Avial, Olan and Kaalan forming the heart of the meal. Payasam will also be served in two ways: the milky Pal Payasam and the Jaggery-rich Sharkara Adapradhaman.

9. Santosham

This Onam, Santosham is bringing back its much-loved Great Onam Sadhya 2026. The feast of 40+ dishes will be served on a banana leaf and begins with delicacies like Pachadis, Pickles and Podis. This will be followed by Kerala favourites such as Parippu Curry, Pulissery, Thoran and more. The meal also comes together with varieties of rice along with Thayir Sadam.
