Masque Ranks 15th On Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 List
India is home to some amazing restaurants and eateries that attract foodies from all over the world. But some places impress people so much that they earn global recognition. Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list has now been released, and two Indian restaurants have made it to the list. And trust us, this is a big deal. The list highlights the finest dining experiences across the continent and can boost tourism, too.
Now, let us talk about the restaurants. Masque earned the 15th spot on the list, and we are not even surprised. Led by Varun Totlani, this is one of India’s most innovative restaurants. The place is known for its 10-course modern Indian tasting menu and highlights local, seasonal ingredients. Masque is located in a repurposed Mahalaxmi textile mill in Mumbai. The place is also known for its cocktail menu, which is inspired by ancient Ayurvedic philosophy.
