A now-viral image of his admit card circulating on social media showed the photograph of a Golden Retriever instead of the candidate’s picture. Here’s what happened.
Golden Retriever Photo Appears On Bihar Man’s Admit Card
According to NDTV, the man identified as Rakesh Kumar had applied for a job at a district court in Rohtas, Bihar. However, he was left shocked when his admit card displayed the photograph of a Golden Retriever instead of his own. He had applied for a peon’s position at the district court in 2022 and had also received a receipt acknowledgement after submitting his application.
After waiting since 2022, admit cards for the March 15, 2026 examination were finally released. When the Bihar man downloaded his admit card, he was stunned to see a dog’s photograph printed on it. He maintained that he had uploaded the correct picture during the application process and pointed to the acknowledgement receipt as proof.
While blurry or low-quality photos on admit cards are not uncommon, seeing a dog’s picture instead of the candidate’s has taken the internet by surprise, adding a bizarre twist to the story from Bihar.
