What Is ‘Your Travel Companion’ Service Launched By Delhi Airport?
Navigating airports before taking off or after landing can sometimes be challenging for many anxious travellers, especially for those of different nationalities. This is the reason why Delhi International Airport Limited has now launched ‘Your Travel Companion’. According to The New Indian Express, it is a first-of-its-kind multilingual passenger video that will help travellers navigate the airport a lot more easily.
The new service is designed so that no traveller at the Delhi airport feels lost or unsupported, regardless of their nationality, language, or how familiar they are with air travel. Reportedly, the facility offers 24 informative videos aimed at making airport navigation easier for everyone.

How To Access These Guided Video Tutorials At The Airport?
According to The New Indian Express, the video tutorials are based on three key travel stages: departure, transit, and arrival. It covers eight common passenger scenarios that travellers often find themselves in. The videos provide step-by-step guidance on check-in, security, immigration, baggage claim, and onward connectivity.
Accessing these tutorials is very easy. QR codes have been placed across terminals, which passengers can scan to watch the videos instantly. They are also available on the Delhi airport website and YouTube channel. This ensures that passengers can access these guided videos both before and during their journey.
The videos are available in languages including English, Hindi, German, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Hebrew, and several Indian regional languages.
