IKEA Delhi

After Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, and Bengaluru, IKEA has finally arrived in Delhi! The Swedish furniture retailer is opening its first offline store in the city on August 13, and it is expected to draw a lot of crowds! The store is located in Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden and here’s all you need to know about it.

IKEA Finally Arrives In Delhi

Earlier this year, IKEA announced its online presence in Delhi, and today, the brand is finally opening its first offline store in the Capital! Unlike the massive stores in other Indian cities, this one is a bit smaller and nestled in a mall in Tagore Garden. However, it promises to bring the best of what the brand has to offer to the people in the city.

According to CNBC-TV18, IKEA’s city-format outlet in Delhi is spread across 15,000 sq. ft. Expanding in North India, the Swedish furniture retailer will offer over 2,000 home furnishing products on display and about 800 for immediate takeaway at this store.

According to reports, at its Delhi store, IKEA will focus on the ‘One Click, 30 Minutes Away’ strategy. The brand will combine e-commerce, large-format experience stores, smaller city outlets, and specialised Plan and Order Points to make this happen, CNBC-TV18 reported.

They are also planning two stores in Gurgaon and Noida. These full-format stores are already under development, and will give the same experience to shoppers as they see in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
