Just days into its inauguration, Bengaluru Metro’s Yellow Line is already weaving itself into the fabric of the city. Metro commuters in the city have welcomed this new line with open arms as it significantly reduces travel time and traffic congestion. Besides that, the Infosys Foundation Konappana Agrahara Metro Station has also caught the attention of commuters with its sleek and stylish look, with many claiming it to be the most ‘swanky’ station in the country.

Inside Bengaluru Metro’s New Yellow Line Station

With its modern, world-class architecture and aesthetic, the Infosys Foundation Konappana Agrahara Metro Station has become the talk of the town! Situated close to Electronics City, the new station has a commuter-friendly layout and a sleek, modern design.

According to Hindustan Times, the Infosys Foundation Konappana Agrahara metro station is fully funded by Infosys Foundation. Reports also suggest that Infosys has asked its employees, who work out of Electronics City, to commute to the office in the new Yellow Line Metro as well. In a company-wide email, the office authorities urged people to take the metro for a “quick, easy and reliable” means of transport.

The email also explained how, after exiting the station, they can head to the newly opened skywalk that directly leads to the Infosys Metro Plaza. This path is accessible with employee ID cards.

Commuters Impressed With The Stylish Station

As you can imagine, commuters in Bengaluru were quite impressed with the newly-inaugurated Yellow Line station. Bengaluru resident and X user @WF_Watcher shared a series of images of the metro station, and many netizens commented and appreciated its architecture.
