Here are the five fruits that are good for digestion and overall health, according to Deepsikha Jain, a nutritionist. 

1. Papaya for bloating: If you suffer from constant bloating, cut up some papaya and enjoy it. This fruit is rich in papain enzyme, which improves digestive function. It also ensures regular bowel movements.

2. Pear for constipation: Pear is definitely the fruit to add to your diet if constipation troubles you. It is high in sorbitol, which acts as a natural laxative. Plus, it tastes great!

3. Banana for diarrhoea: Banana has countless benefits. Eating it during diarrhoea is one of them. It is high in potassium, which helps replenish lost electrolytes. It’s also one of the best fruits for instant energy.

4. Pineapple for IBS: This sweet and tart fruit is rich in bromelain, an antioxidant. Eating pineapple as part of a regular diet may aid digestion and keep your tummy happier.
