India is one of the best places in the world for tiger safaris. Every day, many videos circulate showing majestic tigers resting in the jungle while tourists watch in awe. But a recent video showing two tigers clashing near safari vehicles has sparked concerns about wildlife safari rules, leaving netizens fuming.
Viral Video Shows Safari Vehicles Around Two Clashing Tigers
Going on a jungle safari is a dream for many people who love wildlife. But you should also know that certain rules must be followed in the jungle, because at the end of the day, that jungle is not your home. Watching a tiger from your safari vehicle might sound safe, but things can turn scary when a tiger gets into a fight with another tiger near the vehicle.
A recent video posted by Susanta Nanda, a former IFS officer, shows two tigers locked in a clash, possibly over territory. But that’s not the only issue. The main concern is the presence of multiple safari jeeps with tourists dangerously close to these fully grown tigers. Some tourists can be seen inching forward to record videos, which is undoubtedly dangerous.

Netizens Ask Tiger Safaris To Be Banned In India
In one part of the clip, the tigers leap across the road, trying to escape the crowding vehicles. But no jeep seems to take the cue and move away. Susanta Nanda not only posted the video but also shared a warning. She wrote, “Their fight can turn into your last sight. Never crowd a scene like this. Can prove fatal to you. No amount of regulations can stop this. Behave like a responsible tourist. Respect their space.” And honestly, we agree. Jungle safaris are only enjoyable when tourists respect the space of wild animals and let them exist peacefully.
Crowding them like this can distress them and make them aggressive. Just like us, netizens were quite furious and slammed the jeep operators for not maintaining a distance from the clashing tigers. One user wrote, “This is a pure violation of law for safari vehicles to approach this close,” while another commented, “These rides must be banned. Period. Sick of human encroachment in jungles. Leave the animals alone.”
