His famous New York restaurant, Bungalow, has teamed up with Walmart for a historic collaboration. And here’s the best part: you can now buy jars of Bungalow’s simmer sauces right off Walmart shelves or their website. Yes, you read that right.
You should know that ‘simmer sauces’ are quite different from curry pastes or traditional sauces. They are pre-made, ready-to-cook sauces that simplify your meal preparation. Each jar already contains a flavourful base, rich with spices. All you need to do is add them to chicken, fish, vegetables, or anything you like.

He wrote, “At Bungalow Foods, every jar carries a piece of my kitchen — its colours, aromas, and timeless traditions.”
The sauces will be available in three flavours: Coconut Tamarind, Caramelized Onion, and Tomato Makhni. Chef Vikas Khanna even uploaded a video of himself cooking chicken using the Caramelized Onion sauce, calling it the “Mother Sauce of Indian cuisine,” because of its versatility.
