Pricing, Application, Registration & More
As per the reports, the pricing of the flats has been determined in terms of MHADA’s existing policies. All units will be offered on an ‘as in’ basis. Additionally, MHADA has guaranteed that they will complete any necessary repairs before transferring possession. MHADA will clear any further pending property taxes or maintenance dues of the flats before giving possession to the applicants.
People who wish to register or participate in the lottery can register themselves through MHADA’s official website. Applicants can also apply through the IHLMS 2.0 mobile application. The entire process included registrations, document submission, eligibility criteria and verification, application filing, deposit payment, and final payment after the allotment. The best part is that the process is entirely online, so applicants don’t have to visit any MHADA office often.
